How do I restore a purchased world?
Open Options, then Parents and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought the world with. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress is saved on your device. There is no cloud save or player account. Deleting the app can remove progress, subject to your device’s backup and restore settings.
Can we play without sound or animations?
You can switch sound off and enable Gentle Motion in Options to reduce movement.
Something isn’t working. What should I send?
Email hello@r3alityprojects.co.uk with your device model, app version and what happened. Please don’t include personal information about a child or payment-card details.
